Regarding returns and exchanges

Important Order Information

1. Orders cannot be cancelled once submitted. This is because inventory discrepancies may occur, affecting other customers' orders. Please carefully check your order before confirming it.

2. We are committed to product quality, but in the unlikely event that you receive a defective, incorrect, or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.

3. Please check the condition of the product immediately upon receipt. We will not accept returns or exchanges if the product has been used (regardless of usage, including normal use and maintenance) after 7 days.

4. Generally, returns are only accepted if the replacement item is out of stock. We will replace it with the same item. However, if the same item is out of stock or unavailable, we will require you to return the item or send you an equivalent one.

5. For exchanges or returns, please contact us before returning the item. The exchange or return process will vary depending on the order and specific circumstances. *We will provide details as soon as possible after contacting you. Returns without prior notice are not accepted.

6. Depending on your specific requirements, we may need you to provide photos of the defective area to confirm its condition. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. If you report a product defect via email, please attach photos of the defective area in advance. We will inspect the product immediately and provide necessary assistance.

Product Information

1. We will inspect the products immediately upon arrival. Due to the manufacturing process, slight wear and tear may be present on the product line. However, all shipped products meet our quality standards. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

2. Even for the same product, slight differences in shape and size may exist due to production batches or color variations. Please rest assured that this will not affect your use of the product.

3. Products are shipped sealed in their original packaging, but after inspection and repackaging, the odor of some products may be slightly stronger than that of commercially available products. The odor will gradually dissipate after air drying for a few days; please use it with confidence.

5. Due to lighting, shooting environment, equipment settings, etc., the actual color may vary slightly. Thank you for your understanding.

The following items are non-refundable/non-exchangeable:

1. Opened or used items

2. Items already used by the customer

3. Returns/exchanges not due to quality issues

4. Items repaired after receipt

5. Items with tags removed, packaging missing, or accessories missing

6. Items received more than 7 days ago

7. Items that do not meet customer expectations

8. Items returned without prior notice

9. Items with tags, price tags, etc., removed

10. Items partially returned or only with accessories returned

11. Returns without photos or descriptions of defects

The following items are non-refundable/non-exchangeable:

1. Within 7 days of receipt

2. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

3. If you receive a defective product:

A: If the product is defective or damaged in transit, we will check our inventory and resend you a brand new or equivalent product. If the product is out of stock, we will issue a refund.

B: If you receive a defective or incorrect product, and the defect is due to our error (e.g., we sent the wrong item), please confirm the defect via email within 7 days of receiving the product and contact our customer service center (if the actual product's color or design differs significantly from the picture). Once the defect is confirmed, we will immediately issue a refund.

Note: If you wish to exchange the product for personal reasons, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and reshipping costs.
