  1. Terms of Use

     
    The Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) for the services provided by our company (hereinafter referred to as the “Services”) are as follows.
     
    Please also refer to our separate sections “Payment Methods” and “Frequently Asked Questions”.
     
    The Terms are as follows:
     

    Article 1: Scope of Application

     
    These Terms apply to the contract between our company and the user (referring to a user of the Service, such as a user browsing this website or purchasing products from this website) regarding the provision and use of the Services. For any other services provided by our company beyond the Services, the terms of use for such services separately provided by our company shall apply. Unless otherwise provided in the terms of use for such other services, these Terms shall not apply.
     

    Article 2: Amendments to the Terms

     
    1. Our company may amend these Terms at any time if one of the following circumstances occurs. The amended Terms shall apply to the provision and use of the Services after the amendment.
     
    (1) The amendment of these Terms is in the best interest of the customer.
     
    (2) We may amend these Terms and Conditions when such amendment does not violate the purpose of this Agreement and, considering necessity, appropriateness, and other relevant circumstances, we deem the amendment reasonable.
     
    1. In the event of amendments to these Terms and Conditions, we will determine the effective date and notify you of the amendments and the effective date before the effective date via our website, email, or other means we deem appropriate.
     

    Article 3: Use of the Service

     
    1. You agree to these Terms and Conditions and shall use the Service in accordance with them.
    2. If you are a minor, you must obtain the consent of your legal guardian before using the Service.
     

    Article 4: Registration

     
    1. To use the Service, you must apply for registration through this Service. When applying for registration, please carefully read the input instructions and accurately complete the required information in the appropriate form. If your registration application is approved, we will send you a registration confirmation email. Upon receipt of this email, your registration is complete.
       
    2. The Company reserves the right to reject an applicant’s registration application (hereinafter referred to as the “Applicant”) if any of the following circumstances occurs:
       
     
    (1) The applicant’s application contains false information.
     
    (2) The applicant is a minor and has registered as a member without the consent of their legal guardian.
     
    (3) The applicant’s membership has been suspended or revoked.
     
    (4) The applicant is a member of an antisocial group as defined in Article 18.
     
    (5) The Company deems that the applicant’s registration should not be approved.
     

    Article 5: Management of Access Information

     
    1. You are responsible for the proper management of your email address and password (hereinafter referred to as “Access Information”).
    2. You may not lend, transfer, sell, exchange, disclose, or share your Access Information with third parties.
    3. We will use the Access Information you provide to identify you, and any statement made by you after identification shall be deemed to have been made by you personally. However, this clause shall not apply if a third party uses your Access Information on our behalf.
    4. If you discover that your Access Information has been fraudulently used by a third party, please contact us immediately and follow our instructions.
    5. Except where we are liable, we shall not be responsible for any losses caused by your negligence, improper use, or fraudulent use by third parties.
     

    Article 6: Changes to Registration Information

     
    If your address, name, phone number, or other registration information changes in whole or in part, please update your registration information immediately in the manner we separately specify. Except where we are liable, we shall not be responsible for any losses caused by the failure to update information in a timely manner.
     

    Article 7: Purchase of Products

     
    1. You may use this service to order and purchase products as separately specified by us.
    2. The sales contract between us and you shall be formed upon issuance of an acceptance notice based on your order as described in the preceding paragraph.
    3. Ownership of the products shall pass to you upon delivery of the products to the logistics company.
    4. Once the sales contract is formed, we will arrange delivery of the products according to your order details. Please note that delivery times may be delayed due to the delivery area and delivery conditions. You acknowledge and agree to these terms.
     

    Article 8: Payment Method

     
    1. The product price is the total purchase price, including taxes, local taxes, shipping, and handling fees (which may include customs duties and other charges depending on the delivery destination).
    2. Products purchased through this service shall be paid by credit card or other payment methods approved by us.
    3. Credit card payment is subject to a separate agreement between you and the credit card issuer. Any disputes between you and the credit card issuer regarding the use of the credit card shall be resolved through negotiation between you and the credit card issuer.
     

    Article 9: Termination of the Contract

     
    1. We reserve the right to terminate this product sales contract with you for any of the following reasons:
     
    (1) Your breach of these Terms of Use.
     
    (2) Delivery difficulties due to product shortages.
     
    (3) Inability to deliver due to an unknown recipient address or prolonged absence of the recipient at home (excluding situations caused by us).
     
    (4) Failure to receive the product within the specified time (excluding situations caused by us).
     
    (5) Purchase of the product by a minor without the consent of their legal guardian.
     
    1. In the event of contract termination under any of the preceding clauses (excluding clause 2), you shall bear all costs incurred by us for processing the refund and shipping costs incurred for returning the product. If we have already paid such costs, we reserve the right to charge you the relevant fees.
     

    Article 10: Order Cancellation, Returns and Exchanges

     
    1. Cancellation, return, or exchange of an order is not permitted except in the case of defective products or incorrect delivery.
    2. If the product is defective or you have received the wrong product, please contact us within 30 days of receipt using the request form. If you contact us within the specified period, we will replace the product or issue a refund. When returning the product, please include the delivery note and pay on delivery.
    3. Notwithstanding the above, purchasing products for resale, resale, or other commercial purposes is prohibited (see Article 14, paragraph 8). For products purchased for (1) the above purposes, or (2) products actually intended for resale or secondary sale, we will not provide replacements or refunds. If we have reason to suspect the existence of (1) or (2), we will not immediately provide replacements or refunds but will conduct a limited investigation before deciding how to proceed.
    4. If you return the goods without a valid reason (including but not limited to returns, refusal of acceptance, or inability to accept goods that do not fall within the category of defective or wrong products as defined in Section 2), or if the returned goods contain your personal belongings, we will notify you immediately upon receipt of the goods and ask for your instructions for collection within a reasonable period. If you instruct us to collect the goods, we will deliver them “as is”. Unless the condition of the goods is caused by our fault, we shall not be liable for any damage, compensation, refund, or other liability arising from the condition of the goods (including but not limited to deterioration, deformation, wear, damage, or decay).
    5. If we do not receive your instructions within the reasonable period specified in the preceding paragraph, we will deem that you have waived your ownership or other rights in the goods and may discard or dispose of them in any other manner at our sole discretion.
     

    Article 11: Withdrawal

     
    1. To withdraw from registration, you must complete the withdrawal procedures we separately specify. Withdrawal shall take effect upon completion of such procedures.
    2. Upon withdrawal, you will lose all membership benefits.
    3. Even in the event of withdrawal, we may retain your information for a period of time in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
     

    Article 12: Service Suspension, Membership Cancellation and Liability for Damages

     
    1. We reserve the right to suspend your use of this service or cancel your registration without prior notice if we determine that you have engaged in any of the following conduct:
     
    (1) You provided false information at the time of registration.
     
    (2) You delayed performance of the service contract or otherwise breached the contract.
     
    (3) You committed fraud during the use of this service.
     
    (4) A minor has registered or used this service without parental consent.
     
    (5) You have been suspended from using this service or your registration has been canceled.
     
    (6) You engage in conduct that interferes with our business.
     
    (7) You are a member of an antisocial group (including conduct that violates Article 18).
     
    (8) You have engaged or may engage in conduct that violates laws, regulations, or these Terms of Use.
     
    (9) We have reason to believe that you are not eligible to become a member.
     
    1. Even if you suffer losses as a result of our actions under the preceding paragraph, we shall not be liable for indemnities, compensation, or other damages unless such loss is attributable to us.
    2. You shall be liable for damages if we or third parties suffer losses due to your intentional or negligent conduct, and such losses are caused by your breach of Section 1.
     

    Article 13: Member Data Processing

     
    We will process your data in accordance with our separately formulated Privacy Policy.
     

    Article 14: Prohibited Conduct

     
    You shall not engage in the following conduct:
     
    (1) Conduct that violates laws and regulations, these Terms, or other terms formulated by us.
     
    (2) Conduct that violates or may violate the rights, interests, or reputation of us, other customers, or third parties.
     
    (3) Conduct that causes or may cause inconvenience to us, other customers, or third parties.
     
    (4) Conduct that violates or may violate public order and morality.
     
    (5) Conduct that interferes with the operation of the service or otherwise disrupts it.
     
    (6) Conduct that damages or may damage our reputation.
     
    (7) Placing an excessive number of orders at the same time.
     
    (8) Purchasing products through this service for resale or other commercial purposes.
     
    (9) Entering false or misleading information.
     
    (10) Impersonating a third person to purchase products.
     
    (11) Sending or distributing harmful computer programs, emails, etc. to pctiteachrq.lol.
